These Terms of Use govern your use of Mopsy’s Bedtime Tales (“the App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Overview

Mopsy’s Bedtime Tales is developed and maintained by Exabyte Software (“the Developer”).

The App allows users to create personalised children’s bedtime stories using artificial intelligence and may include features available through subscription.

These Terms govern your use of the App and any content generated within it.

2. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree that:

• You will use the App only for lawful purposes

• You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the App or its AI systems

• You will review generated stories before sharing them with children

• Children using the App will do so under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or carer

The App is intended for family-friendly use, but users remain responsible for how generated content is used.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are processed through your Apple ID account.

When purchasing a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings

Subscription pricing may vary by region and is determined by the App Store for your location.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Refund requests must be made directly through Apple according to the App Store refund policy. The Developer cannot issue refunds outside of Apple’s payment system.

5. AI-Generated Content

Stories generated in the App are created using artificial intelligence.

While the App is designed to produce safe, family-friendly content, AI-generated stories may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unexpected content.

Users should review stories before sharing them with children.

The Developer does not guarantee that all generated content will be appropriate for every situation or family.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and related content are owned by Exabyte Software.

You may use the App for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or resell the App or its software.

Stories generated using the App may be used personally by the user who created them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

This includes but is not limited to:

• errors in generated content

• interruptions of service

• device issues

• loss of stored stories or preferences

Use of the App and its generated content is at the user’s discretion and risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated occasionally.

Continued use of the App after updated Terms are published indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Apple Standard License

Use of this App may also be governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
