These Terms of Use govern your use of How Many Sleeps (“the App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the How Many Sleeps app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the App for unlawful purposes

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer optional paid features (“Plus” or lifetime access).

Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store
All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
Pricing may change at any time

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store.

Refund requests must be made directly through Apple according to the App Store refund policy. The Developer cannot issue refunds outside of Apple’s payment system.

5. User Content

The App allows you to create and store event data (e.g., titles, dates, notes).

Your content is stored locally on your device
You are responsible for the accuracy of your content
We are not responsible for loss of data

6. Notifications

The App may send local notifications for events.

Notifications require user permission
Delivery timing is not guaranteed
You can disable notifications at any time in device settings

7. No Guarantees

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

Accuracy of countdown calculations
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
That the App will meet your expectations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or missed events
Any decisions made based on the App

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated occasionally.

Continued use of the App after updated Terms are published indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Apple Standard License

Use of this App may also be governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
